What happens in the classroom is the primary business of a language school and Kenilworth recognizes that quality teaching staff is a school’s greatest asset. We aim to give our teachers the best working conditions and to appreciate and encourage their abilities and knowledge for the betterment of the school and the students’ experience. We have a loyal core of academic staff and continuous professional development of all our staff is an important part of the Kenilworth ethos. There is a strong culture of cross-communication between teachers and other members of staff and teachers are very involved in curriculum and syllabus decisions.

At Kenilworth we pride ourselves on our personal touch. Teachers are involved in the social activities programme so students will have many opportunities to mix with them outside of a class situation.
